Hi, mwheeler2k3:

You can use MS JET provider to import data from different types of text files (txt, csv.xls, html, ......) into any databases you like. This is an easy job but a tedious work.

I did this type of work long time ago. I don't have existing code for you.

You can use search engines to search for key words like ADO (OLEDB) + import + txt, xls files.
